We believe great leaders can do anything, but they can’t do everything.

WHO WE ARE

33Vincent exists to provide two key things: High-quality, flexible service to its clients, as well as challenging work opportunities for individuals seeking balance and flexibility. We aim to attract the top talent in the industry, which in turn sets us apart for our growing number of clients.

We're proud of the unparalleled community of EAs we've built since our founding; they come from diverse backgrounds such as Marketing, Event Planning, Executive Assistance, Advertising, Finance and Sales, Operations, and more. We've worked for big companies as well as small start-ups and boutique agencies from coast to coast. We're each unique but we share some things in common:

We are planners, organizers, achievers and do-ers.

OUR STORY

In 2013, two decade-long friends, Paige McPheely & Casey Putschoegl, each welcomed a first-born son to their families, and began dreaming about a way to stay out of the 8-5 office grind - a way to work flexibly, raise a family, and give the same opportunity to like-minded people. The two put their heads together, discussed the growing need for a high-quality, virtual workforce and set out to create 33Vincent.

In the beginning (as for most companies), 33Vincent would do almost anything for any client, and we branded ourselves very vaguely as “Business Managers.” You’d like help with event planning? We’ve got this! Financial reports? Sure! Social media management? Okay! Your calendar is a mess? We’ll handle it!

Great leaders can do anything, but not everything – and we realized the same went for us. We worked to narrow our focus to strategic Executive Assistance for high-performing leaders, and our consultative approach has resonated with dozens of clients over the years.

OUR VALUES

Our values aren't just words to us – these are the foundation beliefs that motivate all the work we do, in service of both our clients and our community. These values set us apart as the best virtual administrative support option, and fuel our continuous improvement, collaboration, and exceptional service.

Quality

We are second to none in the support industry. Our proactivity, attention to detail and thoughtful consideration of others sets us apart.

Integrity

Ethics are part of our DNA. We respect confidentiality. We speak with honesty, including (and especially) when the topic is tough, and we value thoughtful words and feedback over silence.

Service

We rise by lifting others. Our individual and collective efforts make a big impact in the lives of our clients and one another.

Ownership

We succeed at this autonomous work by taking full ownership of all our commitments. We own any mistakes (we are human!) and ask ourselves “what can I learn for the future?”

Collaboration

We all work remotely, but we have the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and support one another.

Mindfulness

We choose when, where and how we best complete our work, and we maximize this flexibility with intentional prioritization and planning.

Growth

We are a community of lifelong learners. We are committed to growth, individually and as an organization.

Joy

We infuse joy into everything we do at 33V: building a dynamic team and community, fostering a culture of fun and celebration, doing rewarding work for impactful clients, uplifting one another every day.

You Are Welcome Here.

33Vincent is committed to inclusion across all aspects of identity, background, and experience. We value and prioritize diversity as we cultivate leaders and build a company where everyone has a voice—and our community reflects the wide range of clients and organizations we serve.

CEO
Casey Putschoegl

For years, Casey dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur. She invested nearly a decade in Sales & Marketing in Corporate America, but the career ladder and lack of flexibility did not match what she envisioned for her future. When her first son was born in 2013, she found the perfect opportunity to make her entrepreneurial dreams a reality. She saw the direct need for more flexible work options (especially for women!), and on the flip side, she saw a growing need for a high-quality, remote workforce. She was ready to leave the perks of her corporate job for more autonomy, flexibility and fulfillment. She partnered with long-time friend, Paige, and 33Vincent was born. As 33Vincent has grown year-over-year, so too has her role. She is passionate about setting the vision and direction for the organization, optimizing support for leaders around the country, and building a best-in-class remote team.

Casey lives in Omaha with her husband, Adam, and her three sons: George, Thatcher, and Archer.

Director of Client Success
Stephanie Koelbel

Steph started her career as a writer and editor for trade publications before realizing her true passion was marketing and advertising. She moved to New York City in her twenties, where she spent almost 10 years managing client relationships, crafting thoughtful marketing plans, helping clients achieve revenue goals and managing countless client projects. After taking a short break in her career to be home with her boys, she found her way to EA work with 33Vincent and soon thereafter joined the Client Success team! In addition to her passion for helping make executives lives easier, Steph spends time skiing or hiking the Northeast mountains with her husband Paul and two sons, PJ and Sean. Steph also enjoys running, reading, writing and, of course, organizing.

“Life changing. [My Executive Assistant] empowers me to be able to focus on my work and not worry about scheduling, details, or administrative stuff. [My EA’s] support gives me back time to spend with my family.”
