EXPERIENCE:
I have been an Executive Assistant for 3.5 years working with clients in Startups, Digital Marketing, Operations, Social Media Marketing, Growth Marketing, Nonprofit and Business Development fields.
HOW I COMMUNICATE:
I am very open and flexible when it comes to communications. I prefer to receive them via email so it is easier to track and refer back to, however, communications via text, call, slack and video call are also acceptable.
HOW I PREFER TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK:
I prefer written feedback, this allows me to continuously reflect back on what was received. A follow up verbal conversation addressing the feedback is always welcomed as well to ensure nothing was misinterpreted. I also like the glows and grows method of feedback as well.
