I am a highly motivated, performance-driven administrative professional with over 7 years experience in marketing (physical and digital), data analytics, graphics design, HR proficiencies, training, data entry, event and travel planning, and organization management. My time to shine is usually behind the scenes, and I take pride in making sure everything runs smoothly.
Originally from England, I have lived in Thailand and have travelled to many countries around the world. I feel that my experiences abroad have helped shape how I see the world, and I can offer unique perspectives.
EXPERIENCE:
As well as my professional experience, I have a BS in Human Resources Management. Previously, I have supported clients in the real estate field, and have worked at community colleges, and non-profits. I'm a jack-of-all trades, and have done a little of everything.
HOW I COMMUNICATE:
I'm a visual learner and prefer written instructions through email or text. For quick questions, last minute requests, or clarification about something, emails, calls or texts during my available hours are fine.
HOW I PREFER TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK:
I prefer to receive overall feedback via a scheduled phone call or Zoom. This allows me to prepare any questions and thoughts that I have on the task. I respond well to feedback in the form of supportive glows then grows, as I take pride in my work and love to know if I'm on the right track, and where I can improve.
WORKING STYLE:
I prefer all the details upfront, and then asking questions to further clarify. I appreciate the fine details, but I am also able to see the big picture. My personal working style is a mix between the Integrator and Guardian type (Deloitte's Business Chemistry) as I value connections, empathy, and structure.
