I am an experienced administrative and project management professional with more than 10+ years in the Legal and Financial Services industries. From front-office customer service to behind-the-scenes project support, I enjoy working on projects that make a difference and help move my clients forward. For the last 8 years, I have had a focus on C-level executives to help drive initiatives to grow business units globally within their organization. I have also led some pretty awesome projects that have helped me to earn my PMP.

I have a reputation for maintaining exceptional organizational, efficiency and communication skills. I have comprehensive experience in office administration, executive and C-level assistance and operations management. I am well known for excelling in the planning, execution and implementation of all assigned duties quickly and accurately.

I prefer written requests with all available information so that I can review and then discuss. I tend to ask a lot of questions at first to ensure I am getting my client’s preferences correct and as the relationship develops, I am happy to take on proactive approaches and make suggestions for process improvements.

I prefer to receive feedback directly, whether written or verbally, so that I can ask all necessary questions to ensure that I grow. I prefer to receive kind criticism in the form of glows and grows so I know what is going well and what could be better.

I then prefer to ask a lot of questions so that I can understand not only the client’s ask, but also how it plays into the big picture of what we are trying to accomplish. I am comfortable in a lead role and will always do my best to achieve the end result desired but I appreciate the option to ask additional questions or understand how it will further my client’s goals.
