BIO:
My professional career in customer service began when I was 16 years old, but I can confidently say that the last 3 years have been my time to shine and really learn new skills. I took a position as Client Success Manager, which meant managing client onboarding and consistent communication. That’s where I took a project that was going to close it’s doors, to growing to record breaking measures. I pride myself on this accomplishment which has helped me become the person I am today. Persistence and determination, and simply taking my job seriously have been the main factors in my success in this role.
I thrive in environments that allow me to take the reins and build trustworthy relationships. I enjoy working with like-minded individuals, that prize high quality results being submitted on time.

I prefer all of the details up front. I will organize them based on priorities. I am solution-oriented, so if I am presented with a conflict, I will do everything I can to suggest or find a solution. I dislike stand stills, therefore I will do everything to move a task or project forward with creative thinking.
