BIO:

My extensive experience in school operations developed my skill managing the day-to-day logistics of an organization from event planning to high-level proactive customer service to and long-term planning.

My passion of streamlining systems has helped facilitate the scaling of companies from startups to established firms through codification, goal setting/calibrating, and strong project management.

I enjoy working to implement a strong vision, so I tend to observe behavior, ask questions, and request quick check ins, so I can deliver at a high level.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

I’ve worked in logistics and operations for over 6 years to manage both small and large-scale events, schedule necessary meetings, and focus on small details to strengthen the overall school experience for staff, parents, students, and leadership.

Additionally, I’ve worked in financial planning and analysis in budget management, weekly invoicing, and company credit card management.

Finally, in my role as a customer account manager, I proactively schedule periodic check ins with partners to maintain strong relationships while also taking clear notes to follow up on next steps and deepen the overall partnership.

When receiving instructions or a project overview, I appreciate a written description of the work, even if rather brief. Within this description, it helps when I know the objective for the project, so I can anchor on that vision. From this initial outline, I like to have a check in with my planned questions, so I can fully grasp the whole goal of the initiative or task.

When receiving feedback, I value direct and clear feedback via over the phone or in writing. By clear feedback, I mean what is working (glow) and what could change (grow).
