These hours are flexible. There may be times when I have auditions and need to alter the times, and I am also happy to adjust based on the needs of my client. I am willing to work occasional evenings and will have no problem working four hours each day.

BIO:

While working in the casting industry, I created detailed schedules, coordinated casting sessions, acted as the gatekeeper between the casting directors, actors and creative teams so that the casting directors could focus on the work that they did best—find and deliver high-caliber talent to creative teams. I pride myself in my careful attention to detail, ability to see two-steps ahead, and exceptional organizational skills.

EXPERIENCE:

I have experience working as a Casting Director Assistant, Company Management/Marketing Assistant, and a Front Desk Associate for multiple fitness/health boutiques.

I prefer to receive instructions verbally in order to reduce miscommunication and improve clarity prior to beginning a project or task. I favor building a deeper relationship with my client than a purely transactional one so that I can best understand my client's goals and proactively make steps to improve their productivity and work/life balance.

HOW I PREFER TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK:

Feedback via Zoom/phone and over a messaging platform is acceptable. I prefer a Glows/Grows type response to better understand what the client prefers and areas where I can adjust. I value sincerity and honesty and am always willing to make adjustments to best suit the needs of the client.

WORKING STYLE:

I prefer all of the details up front to reduce the need for further clarification. Once I have all of the needed information, I prefer to take the lead and move forward on projects. I tend to be a big picture thinker—working towards a greater/larger goal.
