BIO:
I’m (an administratively minded) Healthcare professional, who has traditionally worked in hospital inpatient, outpatient, research, and non-profit organizations. I care about the small, yet important details in life—whether it was at the bedside of her patients, in my paintings, or working in the non-profit sector.
I value creativity and I’m committed to professionalism, productivity, and attention to details.
I also value being a part of the community and as a result, I thrive when I can connect with people within my local community.
Most recently, I served as the Ministry Center Manager for a Christian, non-profit, organization. Within this role, I provided administrative and scheduling support as well as communications and social media management for the camp ministry needs of students at Princeton University. In addition, I also served as the Vice President for Support Services in event planning for community equity & equality for a local Elementary School.
I enjoy volunteering in my children's school, browsing through bookstores, painting, engaging in thoughtful conversation and am always amazed by the beauty of sunsets.
EXPERIENCE:
I established and managed a Pulmonary Lab for research, patient care, and education. My managerial and administrative skills strengthened with my experience in the Non-Profit sector.
HOW I COMMUNICATE:
I prefer listening to understand first before I bring up any questions. Verbal (phone or Zoom) and written instructions are well received. I prefer to have space to ask questions verbally and have written communication to refer back to.
HOW I PREFER TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK:
I value creating partnerships that produce a culture of learning and excellence. I prefer to receive feedback over Zoom or by phone call; I’d prefer not to receive substantial feedback via Slack, by email or text message. I value clear and concise communication; I thrive when expectations are clearly defined, recognized, and reinforced by interactions that cultivate a positive work experience and environment.
WORKING STYLE:
I am gifted at the seeing the big picture and enjoy executing the details to achieve the end goal. I value possibilities, imagination, and stability. I prefer working with the end in mind. Collecting as much detail upfront to better execute the task, manage up, and communicate needs
