RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Provide executive and fiduciary oversight and leadership for a Metropolitan District encompassing 1,200+ households with an aggregate budget of over $10MM.
Secure a mill levy cap and a $2.5MM capital improvement reserve during a successful $38MM bond refinancing initiative. Oversee the migration from a static legacy web presence to interactive metrics based enhanced communication channels to boost resident engagement and provide government services in simple, effective, easy to use interface.
Worked directly with executives, department heads, and committees to develop and finalize program formats, topics, speakers and special events, managed over 100 meetings annually. Developed and coordinated multimedia packages: letters, brochures, video, direct mail for internal events and monitored rollout of the campaign. Selected and inspected meeting sites, scheduled meetings, budgeted expenses, lined up speakers, and negotiating with suppliers of materials, food, entertainment, audiovisual and technical equipment for meetings from 5 to 3,000 people.
