WORKING STYLE:
Though I am capable of handling tasks with minimal, or no supervision, when starting a project I prefer to have all the details up front, review and follow up with any questions. I also like to have a clear understanding of the end goal and any preferences so that I can align action items and put together a strategic plan. I also love being proactive and getting ahead of the game.
