HOW I COMMUNICATE:

I am fine with detailed, written instructions and/or audible communication. I receive information well when written, but ultimately, I find the objective is most clear when having a tangible guide or outline on the project in front of me while speaking verbally. In my experience, it allows all parties to ask any clarifying questions and instills confidence in everyone involved. It’s easiest to reach me via email or Slack. I prefer text and/or phone calls only in urgent situations or when scheduled in advance.

HOW I PREFER TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK:

I’m a huge fan of written feedback with an opportunity to review together via scheduled phone or video call. I find the traditional Feedback Sandwich is the best way for me to provide and receive feedback.

WORKING STYLE:

In the words of Charles Swindell, “The difference between something good and something great is in the details.” With that said, I prefer to have as much information and detail as possible. I’ll analyze all the information and decide what is and is not pertinent for me to execute. Completely understanding that in some cases, details may be delayed or unavailable, I know how to adapt, be proactive and develop a plan of action with the resources I do have.
