BIO:

My career has spanned several years in Human Resources Management, Corporate Communications Management and Executives’ Assistance.

As an EA, I successfully supported leaders of industries and made them more effective in their roles. To further buttress my point, a couple of people I have supported in the past were managers when I started working with them, a few months down the line, they were promoted to Directors.

I was recently awarded a certification in Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resource Certification Institute.

It is my goal to utilize the skills, knowledge and experience I have garnered over the years to effectively manage individuals and contribute to the growth of organizations.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

As an EA, for over 7 years, I supported C - Level Executives in various industries including, Banking, Manufacturing, Shipping and Oil & Gas.

HOW I COMMUNICATE:

I prefer to process information then discuss it.

I also like verbal instructions for quick questions, which I will eventually summarize in an email.

I ask necessary questions to get a good idea of what my client needs help with; then I research the other questions that have answers on the internet.

HOW I PREFER TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK:

I prefer verbal feedback for situations that need urgent responses.

I prefer written feedback for situations with flexible time crunches.

Glows then grows are very effective. I’m happy with this method.

Specific examples are very helpful.

WORKING STYLE:

I prefer at least an initial summary of the task’s details which will be built upon after I’ve gathered some solutions.

I ask necessary questions to save time and ensure my clients are getting exactly what they want.

I am analytical.
