I prefer to ask many questions at the beginning of a project or task and take copious amounts of notes in order to gain clarity and be able to make informed independent decisions. I tend to prefer email or Slack for tasks, as it allows me to further incorporate your language into my notes, but deeply value check-ins by phone. I value feedback and humor.
