BIO:

After graduating from college, I started working at a small health clinic with no formal experience but the dedication to make change. I was responsible for connecting patients to resources that provided food, housing, transportation, and financial assistance. In 3 months, I created a stable workflow that connected over 2,000 patients to respective organizations.

I continued to reset goals and train new employees to build a successful sustainable system that was based on collaboration, integrity, quality results, and exceptional service.

I also oversaw a small team of diverse individuals in the distribution and collection of documents, managed sensitive information of multicultural clients, coordinated with multiple organizations, and all while meeting competitive deadlines.

I am a hardworking individual that takes the initiative to learn new programs, implement systems for better productivity, and achieve goals.

EXPERIENCE:

Over the past year, I worked as a project manager and have experience managing executives calendars and emails. I have a lot of experience in writing travel itineraries and expense reports, coordinating small events/meetings with multiple organizations, and communicating cross culturally to multilingual clients.
