BIO:

While working in the administrative field for over 10 years, I have organized and carried out workflow for multiple employees in each office environment from my own family business to an office of 20+. I headed up an accounting firm’s paperless initiative and have managed training operations for over 30 employees.

I have a passion for organization, task management, sorting out details, and anticipating future needs.

HOW I COMMUNICATE:

I tend to ask a lot of questions before starting on a project or task to make sure I have clarity on what needs to be done/accomplished. I like to anticipate needs before problem solving is needed. I am a visual learner at best, and prefer when work relationships don’t feel purely transactional.

HOW I PREFER TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK:

I prefer feedback face to face via Zoom, or a phone/voice message. I value the sincerity and inflection in others voices so that text is not misinterpreted. Please let me know the severity of the problem and how I can resolve the issue or improve for the future. I also appreciate positive feedback to know if I am moving in the right direction.
