BIO:

As a hospitality professional with backgrounds in theatre and dance, I pride myself on being a people person. In past jobs, I have written syllabi for dance education, managed inventory and personnel at a museum store, and tailored resumes to increase individuals’ chances of securing employment. I love helping people achieve their goals efficiently and successfully.

I am a dedicated and detail-oriented self-starter who is always willing to learn new things. I have an affinity for predicting needs, emphasizing action items for project management, and prioritizing executive’s preferences.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

Although I am new to the EA business, my experiences as a retail buyer, inventory manager, and store coordinator have supported my drive for organization and prioritization. Each opportunity has prepared me with experience in project management and maximizing productivity

HOW I COMMUNICATE:

I prefer receiving verbal instructions and time to process them and come up with questions.

HOW I PREFER TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK:

Glows and grows are a great model for me. I prefer to have this written as well received over Zoom so that I can keep it for my records. Specific examples help me put things into perspective and prevent myself from making the same mistake twice. After time to process I will definitely ask questions if necessary.

PERSONALITY TYPE:

When taking the 16 personalities test, I consistently receive the INFP(Introversion, Intuition, Feeling, Perception) and INTP(Introversion, Intuition, Thought and Prospection) personalities, also known as mediator and philosopher. The traits I exhibit across both are introversion and intuition. I am someone who values curiosity and creativity to solve problems and approach life using unconventional methods. I operate as an intellectual always priding myself on learning the most efficient way to get a job done.

WORKING STYLE:

I am naturally detail-oriented and appreciate being given any pertinent details upfront. That being said, I will always ask questions to start so that I can have a clear understanding of my clients needs. From that point forward, I will search and define important factors of each request or project as I go along and as I learn my Executive’s wants and needs.
