BIO:
Having worked in the arts for the last seven years, I am passionate about bringing a creative, fresh mindset to each problem I’m faced with. I care about improving efficiency and collaborating closely with others to create a healthy work-life balance. When it comes to administrative work, I provide excellent communication and organization that not only meets your needs, but creates systems that last.
I am a responsible, creative problem solver with an eye for efficiency and strategic improvement. I have a passion for collaborating with others, managing work/life balance, and prioritizing values and ethics in the workspace.
EXPERIENCE:
I have previously worked as an EA for Circle Theatre in Downtown Fort Worth, spearheading their annual fundraiser event and managing their online organization systems. I’ve worked administratively for the Theatre Department at Texas Christian University and The Culture House Conservatory of the Arts, where I worked with their School of Theatre Director to establish a student leadership program for high school aged youths.
HOW I COMMUNICATE:
Communication with me for new projects starts with a written out agenda/description for my perusal. Following this up with a conversation for my prepared questions and a fresh sense of your vision helps me to accurately receive and process the request sent my way. The more specifics that can be provided to me, the better!
HOW I PREFER TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK:
Simple feedback/preferences are preferred to be shared over slack or email; while phone calls or video conference meetings are great for more elaborate feedback sessions. A balance of glows and grows is important to me for knowing styles you like vs. styles that could better serve your needs.
PERSONALITY TYPE:
Enneagram 7 wing 6, ENFP, StrengthsFinders: Positivity, Responsibility, Includer, Belief, & Woo (Winning Others Over)
WORKING STYLE:
I work well with clear and specific expectations, and am unafraid to ask many questions along the way to ensure I am offering the best service for your needs the first time. Starting with the big picture for me to catch your vision before diving into the nitty-gritty helps me to develop our path to success.
