BIO:
With diversified education, fundraising and development, and writing experience, I’m an independent, optimistic, results oriented, articulate communicator, skilled in finding solutions to challenges. I’m accurate, thorough, self-starting, and accustomed to managing multiple short, medium, and long-term projects, to achieve desired outcomes in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. In my prior EA role, I was described as diligent, energetic, resourceful, and kind. I’ve lived in New York City, Milan, Italy, and Mumbai, India, and love travel, nature, and cities in equal measure!
EXPERIENCE:
I’ve been an EA since early December 2021, supporting the CEO and COO of an investment bank, with a portable valuable skill set from prior work as an International Baccalaureate Diploma English teacher, and as a fundraising and development professional.
HOW I COMMUNICATE:
Initially on projects and tasks, I run well with quick, direct requests and discussions, either written or verbal, with flexibility to ask questions as they arise, via written chats, with Zoom or phone calls reserved for times when in-person discussion would be even more efficient.
HOW I PREFER TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK:
I shine my brightest with quick, direct feedback, often written, in chat discussions perhaps, as I give status or submit deliverables. If in-person discussion would be more efficient, I would welcome it as well.
WORKING STYLE:
I’m analytical, very comfortable asking questions, and am accustomed to ambiguity in shaping projects as details emerge in due course. I’m great at managing various moving pieces of a project and bringing it to fruition.
